We have a 30-Day return policy for all products from the date the item is received. If the product has never been worn or used, the customer will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the product or the option to exchange. We do NOT refund your original shipping charge. Original tags MUST be intact. Please simply write RETURN anywhere on the original packing slip. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees to send the product back to us for both returns and exchanges!
***FOR ALL BRAS- Please try on with no make up or deodorant on. If you do return a bra with deodorant stains on it, there will be a 10% Re-Stocking Fee of the Retail Price!!! We will NOT issue you a refund for ANY ITEM with any other type of staining!!!
If the product has been used already, the return will only be honored if there is a production defect. For any product defects, we offer a 90-Day return policy. We will examine the product when we receive it and notify you if the return is being honored. To help avoid this, we request you email us pictures of the defect prior to shipping it back or the return will not be honored. (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Exchanges can be made at any time AS LONG AS the original tags are intact (if tags were present), the item is in its original bagging and there are NO stains on the item of any type! Please clearly mark what size/ color you want to exchange the item for on the original packing slip. This can be written anywhere on the packing slip. If the original tags or bags are not included in the exchange, there will be a 10% Re-Stocking Fee that MUST be paid before we will ship out the exchange.
DON’T HAVE A PACKING SLIP? SIMPLY INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, WHETHER YOU WANT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND IF YOU WANT AN EXCHANGE, INCLUDE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WHICH SIZE/ ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE!
