MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      I'm torn for this review because I want to give a 5 start for the first one, and 3 for the second. I started by buying the black one during my second trimester, and was living in it (still living in it). I wanted to buy a second pair, so I went for the same size (medium), and that one felt REALLY tight. The material itself felt thicker, and I had to exchange it for a large, it was compressing my belly much more and very uncomfortable (I'm 5"4, currently 35 weeks pregnant and 138lbs, but when I first got the second medium I was at week 29, just took a while with the returns and getting the new one, so I was about 134lbs at that time).

      So I would definitely aim for a higher size than you are used to! Not pregnant, I usually buy the small size at born primitive, I didn't gain any visible weight anywhere but my belly, which is still apparently considered pretty tiny. So go up at least one to two sizes from what you think you'd need! For the record, the black medium still fits me perfectly, even better than the grey in large. It's almost like they're made of different material and the black one is thiner and stretches more allowing your belly to grow. The grey is much stiffer.
