MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Best ever

      These have to be the best shorts ever. Waist is perfect, doesn't roll, doesn't cut into love handles. The length is perfect, don't really want booty short length at 63. Even though I could carry it off, I want support on my upper thighs while working out. Nice and thick, and don't give you a wedgie like those stupid scrunch shorts from other brands. For reference, I am 5'7" weigh 140 with 38 inch hips, 28 inch waist, and wear a medium.

      Favorite shorts for intense workout and powerlifting. They are compressive but not too much compared to last years all or nothing shorts. They don't roll up and are very comfy. I got 5 pairs of them in bold and bright colors. For though ladies only :) go for it girls!
