MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I’ve been looking at the “Don’t get it twisted” bra for a while, finally decided to get it when it went on sale. I usually wear a Medium in sports bras, but they were sold out. I opted to buy in a Small, as the back looked more stretchy/loose than normal sports bras. Small fits perfect. I love the fit & look. I haven’t worked out in it yet, so I can’t speak for the support. I do suggest to size down though.

    Great sports bra

    I love sports bras that are different and this is that. I have implants so I always review the measurements for sizing and order according to that which is true for BP. I ordered a medium which is perfect even though in tops I'm usually a small or xs.
