MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    My lucky find

    For years, I've used other conventional flat sole shoes for powerlifting and such. Stumbling upon the high tops was pure luck the hitops are perfect for my squats. The low tops are perfect for my deadlifts. The best part..... My feet feel exponentially better in these shoes versus the old conventional ones I used to train or compete in.
