MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    The material is thin but in a nice way, not see through tho you would see pantylines so need to wear the laser cut underwear. The lenght is a bit short, it rides up on me.

    my favorite shorts

    Synergy shorts are my favorites! Didn’t prefer the olive color on me, but I wear the navy and black ones to death. No front seam and no riding up. High waist is great too.

    These are my favorite! Just got my second pair of the black because I was wearing the first so much. Wear them for Crossfit and they don’t ride up. Love that there is no front seam.
