MEASURE FOR SAVAGE1 TRAINING SHOE

  1. Take a piece of paper and put it up against a wall.

  2. Take one of your bare feet and place it on the paper with your heal touching the wall. You don’t want to jam your foot into the wall, just have it so it is touching.

  3. Take a pen and make a mark on the paper at the further point of your toes.

  4. Grab a ruler or a measuring tape and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark you made.

  5. Refer to the Shoe Sizing Chart to see what size you would wear in the Savage 1 based off the distance you just measured.

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    The Ideal Training Short — Support Without Restriction

    picked up the Versatile Short w/ Compression 7” in Sky and they’ve quickly moved into heavy rotation.

    The outer shell is lightweight and breathable without feeling thin or cheap. It moves well during lifts, sprints, and longer conditioning sessions, and doesn’t bunch or restrict at the hips. The 7” inseam is a great middle ground — enough coverage for training and coaching without feeling long or baggy.

    The built-in compression liner is the standout feature. It’s supportive without being overly tight, stays in place during dynamic work, and doesn’t ride up. I’ve worn these for heavy lower body days, tempo runs, and longer sessions on my feet coaching — no chafing, no adjusting needed.

    Waistband is secure without digging in. Pockets are functional and lay flat (big plus). The Sky color is clean and sharp — easy to pair with neutrals without being loud.

    What I appreciate most is versatility. These work just as well for lifting and conditioning as they do for travel days or running errands. They don’t scream “gym shorts,” but they perform like it.

    Comfort, mobility, and clean aesthetic all in one package. Would absolutely buy again in another color.

    Awesome shorts

    Hands down my favorite workout shorts. The compression is perfect and not too tight. Really prevents all chafing and can be worn comfortably with or without underwear.
