My FAVORITE pants (still waiting on black)

I am on construction sites a lot lately and these pants are perfect. Water resistant and durable (maybe not for crawling on cinder block, but dirt is a go) I teach ergonomics and movement so the way they move with me is so much better than jeans. SIX pockets that all fit my iPhone 16.

The lightweight fabric is great for hot Texas summers and in the winter, I layer the Synergy legging for warmth.

The waist stretches out a bit with how much I wear them, but the silicone piping helps keep them in place. I wear a 6 because my thicker waist (thanks perimenopause) but could probably go with a 4. I’m 5’7” 150lb

I have every color but STILL WAITING ON BLACK PLEASE!

      Best female training pants

I will never buy any other pants. I’m a small female who trains BJJ and works in law enforcement. These are 10/10. They run big though

      Amazing

After years in law enforcement as a size 0 female these are hands down the best pants for DT/Combatives or general wear. I don’t have enough good to say. Only thing is definitely size down. They’re very large.

      Very comfortable

These pants are incredibly comfortable - they have enough stretch that I’m not worried about the seams ripping. The variety of pockets is also fantastic.

My only concern: these pants are very lightweight, and I am a little worried about how well they will hold up if I’m hiking through brush, etc. I wish they were just slightly thicker.

      Made for smooth ladies

This is a versatile piece of clothing that is doing a lot of things right! Here’s my review.

Aesthetics and materials: I like the terrain pant for it’s flexibility and functionality, however I’d like to see them in a more resilient material, same for the frontier lights.(One of my pairs or terrains arrived with a snag right out of the box) I’ve seen pants from Amazon that are stretchy yet still somewhat abrasion resistant, typically a nylon/polyester blend. Born Primitive is the ONLY pant with both a high rise, and slightly flared leg however , two things I must have.

Another thing about the material is that along with its extreme flexibility/breathability comes extreme thinness. This means no lump or bump will be hidden, especially in the lighter colors. I am 5,7 180 lbs, fairly athletic muscular build, and curvy hourglass shape. I by no means have a smooth bottom section. These pants show everything, to the point that had to return them and order something darker in the frontier lights. If those don’t work out I may try the assault pants since they’re on sale and seem to be thicker, hopefully. Still love the brand I’m just hoping for either more resilient materials or slightly thicker with just a touch more compression.

      Sizing:

I needed to size down in these. I’m somewhere in between a size 12-14 in most brands of hiking pants and 10 in these fit just right. I’d size down further for more compression but afraid the waist would be too tight.

I’m in an odd place with the…
